Join our client and become part of a successful online store that sells household and technical products in Switzerland! Our friendly client is looking for an Administrative Officer to join their representation in Serbia.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing online retailer with a dynamic team and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services to its customers.
Your main responsibility is:
- Ordering products on behalf of customers and sourcing inventory for our online store
- Processing orders related to purchase
- Continuous communication with colleagues and suppliers
- Processing shipping orders (domestic and international)
- Managing inventory and warehouse
- Inputting and processing data into internal databases
- Creating documentation and supporting project management and sales
- Managing returns and complaints
You have:
- Fluency in German (written & spoken)
- Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills
- Previous experience with order management systems/software is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
