Your responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage incoming service requests
• Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor technician tasks to ensure timely service delivery according to contractual terms
• Maintain effective and timely communication with technicians, obtaining regular progress updates for pending tasks
• Support successful execution of technician activities within assigned geographic areas
• Ensure awareness of resource shortages and technician productivity, and communicate these effectively
• Coordinate spare parts management
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
• Collaborate within a team and engage with various internal departments
• Resolve unique and exceptional situations in collaboration with team members
• Meet predefined priorities and achieve SLA targets
• Identify and resolve potential issues that could lead to contractual breaches

Your profile:

• Proficiency in Italian at a minimum C1 level and English at a minimum B2 level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective written, spoken, and presentation abilities
• Solid organizational capabilities and multitasking skills
• Proactive approach to daily tasks
• Availability for shifts between 8:30 AM/10 AM - 4:30 PM/6 PM (coverage from 7 AM to 8 PM)
