Service Planner – Italian language

Your responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage incoming service requests
- Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor technician tasks to ensure timely service delivery according to contractual terms
- Maintain effective and timely communication with technicians, obtaining regular progress updates for pending tasks
- Support successful execution of technician activities within assigned geographic areas
- Ensure awareness of resource shortages and technician productivity, and communicate these effectively
- Coordinate spare parts management
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
- Collaborate within a team and engage with various internal departments
- Resolve unique and exceptional situations in collaboration with team members
- Meet predefined priorities and achieve SLA targets
- Identify and resolve potential issues that could lead to contractual breaches
Your profile:
- Proficiency in Italian at a minimum C1 level and English at a minimum B2 level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective written, spoken, and presentation abilities
- Solid organizational capabilities and multitasking skills
- Proactive approach to daily tasks
- Availability for shifts between 8:30 AM/10 AM - 4:30 PM/6 PM (coverage from 7 AM to 8 PM)
