Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing with at least 1+ year of experience leading a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience working with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Previous experience in real estate is a plus.
  

Responsibilities:

• Work with senior leadership to identify market opportunities.
• Preparing and launching new marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Managing Google Ads campaigns, social media platforms and company announcements on LinkedIn.
• Collaborating with influencers to promote campaigns and project presenters for video campaigns.
• Analyzing digital marketing data to measure producing monthly marketing reports.
